Specifically, Heart Check America answers the telephones, sends out informational packages, schedules appointments, processes payments and mails the test results to patients. Heart Check America does not practice medicine. All of the medical services you receive will be provided by the medical institutions/providers. So, when you call the 1-800-NEW-TEST number, you will be speaking to an employee of Heart Check America and when you appear at the testing site, you will be greeted and treated by employees of the medical institution/provider. |
